Since 2001, our Island Plum (Li Hing Mui) Kettle Korn has been and continues to be our most popular and best selling item. We are very proud to be the originators of Li Hing Mui Kettle Korn and our loyal fans can never get enough of this stuff!  This distinctive, sweet and tangy seasoning is a derivative of dried Asian plums and used in many cultures across the world. On the Islands of Hawai’i, this rich and vibrant flavoring is served sprinkled on popular snacks , drinks, desserts and exotic fruits. We initially tried this flavor as an experiment by sprinkling it over our Original kettle korn to create our Island Plum flavor – and our first taste of this heavenly combination  immediately coined our phrase, “A Sweet Taste of Paradise”!
